Shared space in commercial kitchen

I currently rent a commercial kitchen. I am using it 3 days per week and are looking for others who might be interested in sharing the space with me.
It is available Friday through to Monday (4 days) and evenings of the other three days.
It is a strictly gluten free kitchen.
I will consider casual use but would prefer a long term, regular commitment.
The space is 88m2. We have 2 turbofan ovens (4 trays each), extractors, a 40L mixer, 2 food processors, a commercial dehydrator, a walk in chiller, a commercial sized fridge, a small chest freezer and dishwasher and fat trap.
$25/hour+GST including outgoings and a daily rate can be negotiated.
