Carpark is undercover on the lower level - Building 'A'

You will have your own access card x 2 so you can come and go whenever you wish with access  24/7.

Rent is $300 per month inclusive paid monthly in advance.

$100 bond for access/swipe cards.  This will be returned on termination of agreement and when cards are returned.

Minimum term 6 months and thereafter 1 months notice to terminate by either party.
