Carpark near Te Papapa station + airport

The Te Papapa Station area gets very busy with parked cars during business hours. I have a covered carport (that suits a small car) that I’m renting out - imagine it would suit someone who lives nearby, takes the train, works close by, or that wants to be parked near the airport which is just a short Uber ride away.
Carpark is the one in the right in the photo. Measurement is approximate - best to view it in person.
