Flexible Term Office Lets - Grey Lynn

We have a selection of small but well appointed offices available for short term rental and long term leases. Primarily we are looking for long term (6 month plus) leases, but in the interim we are offering rooms to rent on a short term basis incl. daily.



The rooms range from 7.73 to 9.12 sq meters and are presented with desks and chairs ready for you to move in and start work. Price is based on 1 day per week including all outgoings. Rates are negotiable.

If you are looking for a temporary office or want to test the waters with regards a longer term commitment to our facility, please make contact. Although this space has a Health and Wellness focus, on a short term basis unrelated services will be considered.
