  1. What do you enjoy most about Servcorp, and how does it differ from other workspaces?

I enjoy the versatility of my responsibilities. Other workspaces appear to have people specializing in sales or operations events or account management or procurement, I do all of it and enjoy having a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Can you describe the community and types of businesses within your spaces?

The community is always at the heart of the workspace. We nurture a sense of belonging in our clients by ensuring we have exciting ticketed events onsite and offering those for our clients to attend complimentary, Impromptu drinks, and a variety of opportunities for our clients to showcase what they do via themed networking events. Our traditional client is a medium business with 3-10 team members.

If you had to describe Servcorp as a workspace in 3 words - what would they be?

Location, quality, people.

If you could invite anyone to work in your workspace, who would they be and why?

Gemma Ede - Conviction Skincare: A fantastic New Zealand product that is cruelty and paraben-free and focuses on helping real Kiwi women of all ages to look after their skin. There are many skincare brands but I believe Conviction aligns with our values, target market, and market positioning with our brand and it would be a fantastic partnership.

Knight Hou - Relab: A fantastic SaaS product that offers an all-in-one data platform for real estate agents, home buyers, and property developers. I believe in optimizing the processes and making data available in one device so I would love to have people offering this innovation to the market in our space.

How does Servcorp support businesses in terms of flexibility and scalability?

To start with, we have a solution-based approach when we have an inquiry and do our best to find the most cost-effective way to tick all the boxes for them. There are month-to-month terms for pretty much every solution we offer. The businesses are welcome to upsize, downsize, completely switch the product, add items that they need short term, and remove what is no longer required. All in all, we are as agile as the businesses need us to be in the current climate.
