Coworking Space With an Added Perk: Childcare Services
- Details
Auckland is getting a brand new purpose built coworking space with childcare services
Developed by FURM Group, this will be the first coworking space of its category to open for the South East Auckland community.
Cloud39 is a coworking hub and innovation precinct based in Bishop Dunn Place with an added perk for parents. The space offers a professional space to work with flexible childcare services at a quality early childhood education provider, Kiwi Supertots Learning Centre, just a few steps aross from the premise.
As the coworking market grows, we've seen coworking spaces experiment with innovative concepts such as combining workspaces with gyms and restaurants. Getting childcare into the coworking mix is an exciting concept that makes a lot of sense for working parents.
"This is a passion project of mine after coworking around the world via coworktheworld.com last year. My vision for this hub is to support young Mums & Dads in business as well as youth in our community through out of school care, holiday programs, accelerated innovation and technology learning, and tailored entrepreneurship style programs." says entrepreneur and visionary behind the project, Nader Luthera.
Cloud39 will boast a 600 square metre high stud, double-story purpose built coworking space with meeting rooms, commercial kitchen and cafe coming on-site soon, and large event space available for a wide range of functions and workshops.
Offering coworking and childcare to the community will solve many problems for people in the area who currently don't have an office, or work from home with their children or in isolation.
Located away from the hustle and bustle of the Auckland CBD, it gives an opportunity for people to work closer to home.
