Station F - The 34,000sqm Startup Campus
- Details
Take a look at one of the largest startup ecosystem and coworking spaces in the world.
A 1920s freight station in Paris has now converted into the world's largest startup campus and coworking space.
Station F has gathered a whole startup ecosystem under one roof - with over 3,000 desks, eight event spaces, 60+ meeting rooms, one restaurant, four kitchens, one cafe and one bar within the 34,000sqm historical monument space. The size of the space is 58 metres wide and 310 metres long - and if you're wondering how long that is, it's about the length of the Eiffel Tower laid down!
The original architectural elements have been retained to create an authentic and industrial feel, and we love that Station F has transformed shipping containers into individual meeting rooms.
The various open office areas are divided into many different sections, with some chunks of the building being managed by Station F's partners, including Facebook, Zendesk, Vente-Privee, HEC and Microsoft etc. It is awesome to see such big tech companies collaborating with young startups.
