Inside HUBflat's mesmerising coworking space in Madrid.
We are totally blown away with excitement and confusion by HUBflat coworking space located in Madrid, Spain.
With the aim of creating a more interesting and efficient workspace, the designers CH+QS Arquitectos have removed some parts of the original 1950s apartment, to create voids in the shape of a cone and two spheres. The result brings a visual connection between the different areas and a series of tripped-out optical illusions, where from certain angles it seems almost two-dimensional, like a mirror placed on the wall. While this brings a challenging element to the modern workspace, it also makes the area feel a lot more open.
