The Orchard has got some pretty incredible support, it’s a new kind of co-working space with priority given to you, the Orchardists' who choose to call this place home!

The Orchard business and event hub is for the growing community of entrepreneurs, start-ups and already established business professionals in Northland. It offers all the facilities of a premium office fit-out, a creative environment and a thriving community of like minds.

Northland Inc and The Northland Chamber of Commerce are located within the hub, providing the massive advantage of direct access to expert business advice, tools, and professional support networks all under one roof.

How it works:
Use The Orchard how you need to!

Permanent desks:
Secure your very own dedicated desk in The Orchard to set up how you like. Feel free to also hop between bean bags, tables or simply relax and put your feet up on a couch.

Hot desking:
Find a hot desk on our pod desks, standing desks, tables, couches or bean bags from just $5 per hour. Sign in, sign out and we will invoice you for the time you’ve spent here at the end of the month.

When you’re here you’ll get all the perks – Wi-Fi, printing at cost, free coffee, access to meeting rooms and a tonne of opportunities to network and meet great people!

Flexi desking:
If you find yourself hot desking on the regular, sign up to one of our hot desking plans to save coin!
