Antrim House is a unique venue set in its own grounds in the centre of the city. It still retains the grandeur and elegance that testify to the commercial success of its original owner, Robert Hannah.
Situated back from the street and removed from downtown bustle, it provides a peaceful setting for meetings and functions yet is just a few minutes stroll from the central business district.
Room Hire
Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Half day (4 hours) $300+gst
Full day $500+gst
A minimum hire of a half day applies
All charges are exclusive of GST.
Preferential rates are available for Corporate Supporters of the New Zealand Historic Places Trust.

Facilities & access
Access to Antrim House and the Hannah Room is via the main entrance steps facing Boulcott Street, wheelchair access is available at the rear of the house.
Kitchen & bathroom facilities are on the same level as the Hannah Room. Telephone, facsimile and photocopying services are available from reception.
Car parking is available at nearby public parking buildings in Boulcott Street.
Catering
We work closely with a number of very experienced and professional catering companies who are familiar with the facilities at Antrim House.
We would be pleased to assist you with arrangements for refreshments.
Booking & Cancellation Conditions
Booking as far in advance as possible ensures you obtain your preferred date(s) and times. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance.
A booking is not normally considered definite until we have received your written confirmation and acceptance of our terms of agreement.
A deposit is not required.
Payment must be made in full on receipt of invoice.
Cancellations
To cancel a booking, please contact the Functions Coordinator as soon as possible.
In some instances, cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation up to seven days before your meeting/function - no charge
Between six days and 24 hours (one business day) before - 25% of room hire charges otherwise due
Less than 24 hours before – full payment of room hire charges
